Welcoming Baby Rylan: A Cozy At-Home Newborn Session with a Special Little Fighter

Oh Em Geeeeeee!!! I am so excited to share these images from a very special session. Meet Rylan—a sweet little boy who is already a tiny warrior.

Rylan was born premature, which meant we had to wait a bit longer than usual for his debut. He was well over 10 days old by the time I was able to get my hands on him for his in-home newborn photography session, but he was absolutely worth the wait!

The Comfort of an In-Home Newborn Session

For families with premature babies or those who have had a longer hospital stay, an in-home newborn session in Hillsborough, NJ is often the perfect choice. It allows the family to stay in their own “nest,” surrounded by comfort and everything they need, while I capture the raw, beautiful reality of those first few weeks.

Rylan was such a sweet, calm little boy. Fun fact: he’s already started “playing” football—just wait until you see his tiny sports-themed shots!

A Heart Full of Gratitude

It was such an honor to photograph Rylan during these early days. I am so thankful to Becky and Mike for inviting me into their home and letting me be a part of this incredibly special time in their lives.
